SUGAR
Sugar production has been the cornerstone of Kisanveer Karkhana since its establishment in 1968. With a robust 4000 TCD crushing capacity and high-quality cane from over 63,000 shareholders, the factory produces premium-grade sugar for both domestic and industrial markets. Supported by advanced operations and cooperative strength, the project ensures consistent returns to farmers while fulfilling the growing demand for sugar in Maharashtra and beyond.
ETHANOL
Kisanveer Karkhana is committed to supporting India’s clean energy mission through its ethanol production initiatives. With a 60 KLPD distillery and a newly commissioned 20 KLPD ethanol plant, we contribute to the ethanol blending program while enhancing value addition for farmers. This project not only strengthens revenue streams but also promotes sustainability by reducing dependence on fossil fuels.
CO-GENERATION PROJECT
Harnessing the by-products of sugarcane, Kisanveer Karkhana operates a 22 MW bagasse-based co-generation plant, producing renewable energy sustainably. This project exemplifies our commitment to efficient resource utilization and green power generation. The electricity generated not only powers factory operations but also contributes to the grid, aligning with India’s vision for cleaner, eco-friendly energy solutions while reinforcing rural development and cooperative progress.
